1. Does Post Innovations sell or rent POSTS to customers? How long may I use the POST?
    Our POSTS are for rent only, but you can use our POST for as long as you need it.
  2. Do you install POSTS anywhere or is there a limited install area?
    We install POSTS in Houston and surrounding areas, up to a 100-mile radius from our office zip code (77043). Installation within the first 50 miles are included in the installation costs, however there is an installation surcharge for our extended installation areas.
  3. What are your hours of operation?
    POST installations are performed during our office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 am – 5 pm.  POST removals are only performed on Fridays.
  4. How does your Rewards Program work?
    You will receive 10 points for each POST rental.  Once you reach 100 points, you’ll receive one free POST rental (extended installation zone surcharges excluded.)
  5. What size POSTS do you offer?
    We offer three sizes and three different stains for our raw cedar POSTS. Our POSTS are available in 5 foot, and 6 foot heights, and all sizes are available in your choice of Espresso, Natural, Black and Red Cedar wood stains.
  6. May I cancel my order if the POST has not yet been installed?
    Yes, if you order still shows as “Processing”, you may log into your Customer Dashboard, locate your order, and click “Cancel Order”. The system will process your refund upon cancelation. Refunds typically take 3-5 days to process.
  7. What materials are used to make your panels?
    We produce 24 gauge steel panels, printed on both sides, with powder-coated finish, scored with holes for hanging (12 ½ inches from center.) We also feature panels and riders with rounded corners.  Custom riders typically require 7-10 business days to process, and will be added to your inventory for use immediately upon completion.
  8. May I swap out the riders based on status of the home?
    Of course, simply log into your Customer Dashboard, locate your order, and select which rider you would like to use.  You may choose from our in-stock rider rentals, order a customized rider, or use one of your own inventory riders.
  9. Will I receive a notification once my order is placed?
    Yes, you will receive an order notification via email upon placing your order, and once your POST has been installed, you’ll receive an installation notification via email.
  10. How do I request removal of my POST?
    When you are ready to remove your POST, simply log into your Customer Dashboard and select the “Removal” button for your POST order. Removals are performed on Fridays only, and we will send a driver to remove the post for you.
  11. Does Post Innovations store panels and riders for its customers?

  12. What are the surcharge rates for the extended zones?
    There is no surcharge required for delivery within Zone 1. Zone 2 requires a surcharge of $35.00, Zone 3 requires a surcharge of $40.00, Zone 4 requires a surcharge of $45.00, Zone 5 requires a surcharge of $55.00, and Zone 6 requires a surcharge of $60.00.
